OTCE 315 - Introduction to Conductive Education (2)Course Level: Freshman This course is designed to introduce students to the model of Conductive Education. The primary focus will be for students to acquire basic understanding of the principals of CE. Course content will include: role of the Conductor, the structure and dynamics of the CE group, rhythmical intention, task series, the daily program, and manual facilitation. Teaching methods will include lecture, online, and classroom experiences which will emphasize critical thinking, adaptation, and observation. The course will also address signs and symptoms of neurological disorders.
