Adventist University of Health Sciences - a wholly owned subsidiary of Adventist Health Systems (doing business as Florida Hospital) - is operated by the University Board of Trustees. The Board is appointed by the Hospital’s Trustees according to the by-laws of Florida Hospital and in compliance with the rules and procedures of the Hospital’s Board.
The University Board of Trustees is solely responsible for the operation of the University in all phases of its programs.
