5.1 Annual Salary

The annual salary schedule recommended by AHU Administration and voted by the Board of Trustees is established after a market analysis conduected by AHU Human Resources and AdventHealth..

5.2 Rank Promotion

Rank Promotion is granted in recognition that the faculty member has met the criteria of the next academic rank. Those criteria include mission, teaching/education, scholarship, service, and citizenship. (Section 2.1 Ranks) 

A rank promotion is accompanied by a salary increase that goes into effect at the start of the next academic contract year.
