Mission Statement
The mission of the Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration (BSHA) at AdventHealth University (AHU) is to equip students working in the healthcare industry with the education they need to build upon their existing experience and advance their careers.
Through our commitment to whole-person education, students will gain valuable perspectives on healthcare as a ministry. We aim to enhance their ability to leverage innovation and technology, making data-informed decisions in real-world scenarios. By incorporating cutting-edge methods and practical applications, we ensure that our graduates are prepared to effectively navigate and lead within the dynamic landscape of healthcare administration.

AdventHealth System Residents
AdventHealth System residents will receive automatic acceptance into one of the Healthcare Administration graduate programs. Applicants must identify their program of preference during the application process.
Executive Leadership Program
The Department of Healthcare Administration will grant one graduate level leadership course in Healthcare Administration to persons who successfully complete the Executive Leadership Program via the AdventHealth Leadership Institute.
