This clinical course focuses on the application of the nursing process in the management of care related to environmental stressors. ASN students will manage care of the patient experiencing stressors affecting the physiological, psychological, sociocultural, developmental, and spiritual variables. Nursing care will be provided in the acute care environment. The course is designed to facilitate the transition to the role of a registered nurse. This course includes three credit hours of clinical (135 clock hours).
