The Rising Together Awards recognize, award, and highlight employees who exemplify and exhibit key values at AHU. Each year cash awards and certificates will be presented to a maximum of 8 employees. The awards are:
NURTURE: Connected Culture
Actions contributing to a compassionate, respectful, inclusive and transparent environment.
EXCELLENCE: Exceptional Education
Actions demonstrating innovative practices and transformative experiences in healthcare education and research.
SPIRITUALITY: Wholistic Mission
Actions cultivating the physical, mental, social, and spiritual growth of faculty, staff, and/or students.
STEWARDSHIP: Effective Leadership
Actions optimizing the human, intellectual, financial, and physical resources of AHU.
In September an online survey will be available for seeking nominations. Nomination is the selection of one faculty and one staff in each category, along with a statement of up to 100 words supporting the selection. Submitting names for all eight awards is optional.
