Annual Salary

The annual salary schedule is determined by AHU Administration after a market analysis conducted by AHU Human Resources and AdventHealth Compensation Team.

Rank Promotion

Rank Promotion is granted in recognition that the faculty member has met the criteria of the next academic rank. Those criteria include mission, teaching/education, scholarship, service, and citizenship. (see Professional Development/Ranks) 

A rank promotion may be accompanied by a salary increase that goes into effect after approval and starting with the next pay period.
