This course examines the principles and application of the physical therapy patient/client management model to common neuromuscular diagnoses across the lifespan. Evidence-based examination, evaluation, diagnostic, prognostic, and intervention techniques are presented and practiced in the laboratory. Population-specific tests, measures, and outcomes are performed and practiced. Critical thinking and clinical reasoning skills are developed and applied in instructor-selected case studies and patients.
