HPER 125 - Health and Wellbeing (2) This course covers both theoretical and experiential components. Topics include the fundamental elements of physical fitness, nutrition, weight control, and stress management. Emphasis will also be given to the practice of personal vision, management, and leadership which contribute to a wholistic paradigm of individual health. (Fall, Spring, Summer)
