BIOL 225L - Principles of Microbiology Lab (1)

Prerequisites: BIOL 102 , BIOL 102L  
Corequisite: BIOL 225  
Or permission of the department chair. All prerequisites must be completed with a minimum grade of “C” (2.00).
This course includes lab exercises which accompany the lecture portion of the course, including disinfection, sterilization, and the culture and identification of microorganisms. Three hours of lab each week. This course does not satisfy the requirement for a major or minor in biology. A lab fee will be assessed.
