All AdventHealth University employees are under the AdventHealth Corrective Action Policy (CW HR 274).

12.2 Complaints and Concerns

If a team member has a complaint or concern involving the workplace, they are encouraged to seek an informal resolution at the level at which the action has occured, when appropriate.  Team members are under AdventHealth policies concerning reporting and resolution of complaints and concerns.  When such informal resolution does not occur, a team member should bring a formal, written complaint to the appropriate individual per policy (manager, VP, local HR Team, Employee Relations, etc.).
