This request should include a clear explanation of the factors contributing to the previous academic difficulties and present a well-defined plan for achieving future academic success. The individual will also be required to participate in an interview with the program admissions committee.

If the committee approves the request, the student’s academic advisor may develop a personalized plan of study, which could include directed study or the repetition of previously completed coursework, as deemed necessary for the student’s academic progress and program completion.
